You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and certificates in resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing parts cannot be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for tracked return shipping to our warehouse in China. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For orders that received free shipping, an outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item — $5.80 per Bobo Can (Charm Furiend bag charm) and $8.80 per Furiend doll (Little or Cuddle Furiend). For Collector Sets, each can in the set counts separately. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason

Unopened Bobo Cans may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once the factory seal, pull tab, or packaging has been opened, the item is final sale. Duplicate characters, personal preferences, or not receiving a Shiny Character or Design are not considered product issues.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Returns are shipped to our warehouse in China; use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage.

We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order.

Verified product issues will be handled individually.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue, and the shipping packaging.

Depending on the specific situation, we will work out the best solution together — a replacement shipped to you, a refund, or another remedy agreed with you. Please do not return or discard the item unless instructed by our team.

Each Bobo Nuts furiend is finished by hand, so slight variations in facial details, embroidery, shape, fabric placement, fur direction, and blush are natural and are not considered defects.

Minor scratches, dents, scuffs, or creases may occur during international delivery and are not considered defects when the product inside is undamaged.

Please contact us if the packaging or product arrives with significant damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel your order before it ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
