1. Who we are
bobonuts.shop (“Bobo Nuts”, “we”) operates this online store. Contact: planet@bobonuts.fun.
2. Using this site
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our products are collectible plush companions recommended for ages 3 and up; always follow product labels and warnings.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed when your order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud — in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable U.S. duties and import taxes are included as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout (including PayPal). We may adjust prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Mystery cans
Blue Mystery Cans and Gold Mystery Cans contain a random character or design. The odds of receiving a Shiny edition are stated on each product page. Duplicates are possible and are part of the mystery-can experience. Opened mystery cans are final sale, as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping and returns

7. Intellectual property
All characters and series (including cocotto, The Kiddom, Oli Bear and by ribo), product designs, images and text are the property of Bobo Nuts and our artists. Site content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Product appearance
Every Furiend is hand-finished; slight variations are natural. Colors may display differently depending on your screen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Your consumer rights
These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of your place of residence.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
